Xingyi Neigong – 16 Exercises for Health and Longevity
Distilled from the centuries-old tradition of the martial art xingyiquan, these exercises artfully combine physical movement with intention to stretch and “clean” all the joints of the body, while balancing the energetic system and remaining easy to learn and practice.
Classes are held outdoors, with appropriate social distancing between participants. Please bring a mask.
