Creative Thinking: Laughter, Dance and Gong Meditation

The process of creation and meditation requires one to relax. Through laughter yoga and the Indian art of Indian Bhangra dancing, participants will have a chance to let loose and enjoy, working out excess energy in preparation of a relaxing gong meditation with singing bowls. No experience necessary and all ages are welcome. 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Fridays. $15 suggested donation. Sētu Yoga & Meditation Retreat, 241 Quails Hill Rd.
