Fat is Back!

Join us at Everyone’s Books for a conversation with food writer Andrea Chesman, (Pickled Pantry, Serving Up the Harvest). Her newest book, The Fat Kitchen, makes two facts clear: fat – specifically animal fat rendered from pasture-raised chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, lamb & cattle – makes food taste great, and there should be a place for it in every kitchen. This event is free and open to all.
