Let’s celebrate Kale, the Vermont Harvest of the Month, by learning how to make Chinese dumplings. These savory and flavorful morsels are a popular snack with kids all over China, either filled with meat, vegetables or tofu. We will make kale and tofu dumplings while learning about the culture and language of the vast country of China. In the Brattleboro Food Co-op Cooking Classroom, Canal St. entrance, Wednesday, October 17, 3:30-5pm.
