Join Emily Wiadro (integrative yoga therapist), Susan Manning (EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist and owner of Stage Road Farm), as well as, Denise Forkin (EAGALA Certified LMFT) for this 6 week journey into wellness, a chakra balancing practice connecting to: our breath, our bodies, the serene environment, and the therapeutic horses amongst us.

We’ll share 6 weekly 90-minute group sessions at Stage Road Farm, a therapeutic equine environment, which include: time just being present with the horses, a fully accessible chair yoga practice, breaks for provided beverages and snack, a guided meditation for the specific theme, AND doTERRA pure essential oil aromatherapy blend samples, specific to each chakra theme.  NO RIDING TAKES PLACE.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

PLUS, you will have unlimited access to 6 on demand 75 minute pre-recorded videos,  in which Emily offers information on the chakra theme, simple chair yoga, and a guided meditation associated with the theme. This way, you won’t miss a chakra if you cannot make one of the live sessions.

Finally, this unique wellness program includes a journal to accompany you and assist the integration of your chakra journey. This journal includes information for each chakra, creative reflective prompts, and other pages with simple questions and activities for your own self exploration, if you choose to engage. The journal has been curated for your personal benefit, is not expected as homework, and will not be shared.
