Want to spend an evening resetting and relaxing? Join us for gong meditation w/ breath work @ Setu.
Participants can expect to partake in pranayama exercises to settle the mind and bring the heart rate down in preparation for a deeply relaxing meditation to the sound of gongs and singing bowls.
No previous experience necessary and all ages are welcome! Suggested donation: $12
