Newfane Anew’s Music at Union Hall Series continues Saturday, June 14, with Rockin’ the River III: Three Duos featuring members of Demolition String Band (elenaandboo.com), as well as The Cucumbers (www.thecucumbers.net) and Bard Owl (bardowlmusic.com) all with local roots.
Bands’ members Elena Skye and Boo Reiners, Jon Fried and Deena Shoskes, Annie Landenberger and T. Breeze Verdant, all seasoned performers and creators, are coming together to swap songs, styles, and rhythms for an early summer evening of music for all.
Saturday 5:30 to 8 on the Newfane Common. Newfane’s Union Hall in case of rain. Donations encouraged and gratefully accepted.
