What is Sacred Anatomy?
Sacred anatomy, which includes the aura, the chakras and many other structures, is the study of the invisible parts of ourselves and it is the foundation of energy medicine. Learning about your own Sacred Anatomy first hand helps you get in better touch with yourself, expand your spiritual awareness, become more embodied, and release blocks to health and healing within your being.

About the Sacred Anatomy Series:
This series is for anyone who knows there is more than what we can touch with our hands and see with our eyes, but would like some guidance on how to explore that. In each session we will learn about the Sacred Anatomy systems and structures, do guided practices, experience healing energies, and deeply connect with ourselves. Blocks to connection may surface sometimes and we will engage in mindfulness practice around these blocks to promote awareness and release for greater freedom in our lives.


While learning about Sacred Anatomy is deepening and relaxing, it is also fun and exciting to open our awareness and expand our understanding of ourselves and others. Each session is linked to the monthly theme of Putney Moves and during the course of the year we will explore all 7 anatomical systems as well as the 7 color rays in relation to health and healing.

Have you ever wondered where inspiration comes from? Would you like to be able to access it more freely? Join us for this workshop where you will learn in-depth about the Spiritual Layer and its strata, the Star Chakra , and the Seat of Divine Intuition. Through experiential exercises you will learn to access balanced intuition, improve your connection to your personal spiritual guides, and renew your inner source of inspiration. We will take a non-denominational approach that can help support you within your own spiritual tradition.
