VNH Extremis with Terry Hyland

Join the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for VT and NH and Brattleboro Hospice for a brown bag luncheon at the River Garden Wednesday June 26th from 12 to 1 for a screening of the Academy Award Nominated short documentary film Extremis. The film follows doctors and families in the ICU as they face the hard decisions that need to be made at end-of-life. Following the film there will be moderated discussion focusing on the importance of Advance Care Planning and how having a plan will ease the burden on you, your doctors, and your family when death is near.
