J.W. Hosford has a very handsome and useful piece of furniture in his rooms at Gregg’s drug store in the shape of a combination writing desk and sewing machine. Any sewing machine can be used on the stand, and when not in use the machine swings down upon a hinge down out of the way and the desk top takes its place.
