F. J. Bailey has made a contract this week for the sale of the Lawrence Watercure buildings, with a large tract of land between Flat, Elm, and Elliot streets, and 60 shares of water from the Wesselhoeft spring. The sale, if completed, will include the largest and probably the highest priced piece of real estate that has been sold near the centre of the village for several years.
