Sandglass Theater seeks a dynamic and organized Managing Director to serve as the organization’s chief administrator and operational leader. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong nonprofit management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting artists and the performing arts.
Position Details:
Full-time (35 hours/week), exempt salaried
$43,680/year
Benefits include: 3 weeks paid vacation, 1 week winter break, 9 paid holidays, and 5 paid personal/sick days
Some evening and weekend hours are required, with more concentrated work periods during festivals and special events
This is an on-site position based in Putney, Vermont
