The Brooks House, American House, and Brattleboro House proprietors were prosecuted yesterday upon a state’ attorney’s complaint charging each proprietor with being a common seller of intoxicating beverages. Each pleaded guilty and paid a fine of $100 and costs, amounting to $109.51.
