House Concert Benefit for Action Corps

Starts in 5 Days, 4 Hours

July 6, 2026 7:00 pm

Join us at a musical evening’s house concert, a fundraiser for Action Corps Vermont, the home team of the nationwide organization!

Action Corps is a non-profit which works through grassroots advocacy, coalition building and direct engagement with Congress for U.S. policies to save lives around the world.

Hassan El-Tayyab is a singer-songwriter and high-profile peace activist coming with his guitar to West Brattleboro next Monday. He will engage us with his tunes that carry not just stories, but a commitment to dignity and justice.

Local musicians will join in for a jam session later in the evening.

Hassan is the frontman of American Nomad, an anti-war Americana band from Washington, D.C. He is also the Friends Committee’s Middle East legislative director and a dedicated peace and human-rights advocate.
