for the election of Selectboard officers.

In a memorandum dated March 2, 2026, Town Manager John Potter discusses several
procedures and administrative decisions that need to be made around the election of a new
Selectboard. The Board is asked to consider the Rules of Procedure and to possibly adopt
them. It is also asked to devise a schedule for reviewing the Town warrants, to make the
assignment of Selectboard members to various Town Boards and Commissions, and to
discuss plans for the Annual Selectboard Retreat.
