• Elect Chair, Vice-Chair, and Clerk
• Review Bylaws. Vote on proposed amendments as necessary. Proposed amendments need to be submitted to staff by the Friday before the meeting.
• Overview of Open Meeting Law and Ethics Training
6:40 – 6:45 Approve Minutes of June 2, 2025
6:45 – 7:10 Workplan, Plan Action Review and Agenda Suggestions for upcoming meeting
Discuss current Planning Commission projects and review projects in the various town plans that have not yet been completed. Identify Planning Commission projects & meeting topics that there is interest in pursuing in the coming year.
7:10 – 7:50 2026 Town Plan
• Community Conversations – Commissioner updates on conversations – what’s planned, what we are hearing, any tips or suggestions.
• Chapter Layout – Provide feedback on draft layout
• Agriculture Chapter – Review first draft
