This week at Leda’s Kitchen: order by 8/19, pick up 8/21
I’ll be going to India for the month of September, so this is the last week to order until October.

KALA MASALA CHICKEN CURRY (GF/DF)
Dosa Kitchen’s signature chicken curry that has fed countless customers over the last ten years. Free-range chicken in a base of tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and a spice mix (kala masala) created for us in India.
$26 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

PANEER BUTTER MASALA (GF/VEGETARIAN)
Cubes of house-made paneer simmered in a rich, velvety tomato-based sauce infused with aromatic spices.
$26 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

KALA MASALA TOFU CURRY (GF/VEGAN)
Organic tofu in a base of tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and a spice mix (kala masala) created for us in India.
$24 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

CARNE ADOVADA (GF, DF)
Free-range pork shoulder slowly simmered in a vibrant, deeply savory, slightly spicy sauce made from ancho, pasilla, and chipotle chilis with hints of raisin and orange.
$26 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

To order, just follow these three simple steps!

1. Place your order at http://ledaskitchen.com by Tuesday at 7PM on weeks when I’m cooking.
2. Look for your confirmation email with the pickup address.
3. Collect your meals on Thursday between 4 PM to 7 PM or by special arrangement.
