ANDHARA-STYLE CHICKEN CURRY GF, DF
This dish features free-range chicken that is marinated in lemon and chili powder, then simmered in a slightly creamy and spicy sauce made from tomatoes, cashews, coconut, and aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.

PORK CHILI COLORADO (2-3 servings)
Free-range pork shoulder slowly simmered in a vibrant, deeply savory, slightly fruity sauce made from mild Mexican guajillo and other chilis. Option to make it taco night with Vista Hermosa tortillas.

INDIAN EGGPLANT AND PINTO BEAN CURRY
Eggplant dish simmered in a flavorful onion and tomato masala with beans for added protein.

CHETTINAD-STYLE DAL
Toor dal (lentils) cooked with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chilies, infused
with a host of spices tempered in ghee. Complements any curry.

2. Look for your confirmation email with the pickup address.
3. Collect your meals on Thursday between 4 PM to 7 PM.
