Eileen Hayes Arama read the following statement (Click here for her written statement) inviting folks to talk and listen to discussion regarding the holocaust at Pliny Park on Mondays from 4:30-5:30
Shawn Murphy queried the board regarding recent payment to the RSCA
Geno Palmari made a statement regarding labor dispute between Beacon Mobility and Union
Ryan Wallace – Essex Junction and Union Stuart – also made a comment regarding the labor dispute between Beacon Mobility and the Union
Bobby Powers – Newfane – also made a comment regarding the labor dispute between Beacon Mobility and the Union
III. Proposed Executive Session
KP MOTIONED TO FIND THAT THE PREMATURE GENERAL PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE
WOULD CLEARLY PLACE THE PUBLIC BODY OR PERSON INVOLVED AT A
SUBSTANTIAL DISADVANTAGE WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT A MOTION TO GO
INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION UNDER 1 V.S.A. §313 (a)(1)(E) pending or probable civil
litigation or prosecution, to which the public body is or may be a party AS WELL
AS 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(F) confidential attorney-client communications made for the
purpose of providing professional legal services to the body
