Free Monthly Class: Yoga for Everyone!

The last Friday night of every month we open the studio doors and celebrate our community with an offering of free yoga! This session is an all levels class featuring a variety of poses and flowing movements to improve flexibility, balance, physical comfort and peace of mind. This class is FREE. No yoga experience required!
