Life brings both profound joy and challenging experiences, and how we navigate these moments shapes our sense of ease, connection, and resilience. Somatic Breath Therapy offers a guided, conscious breathing practice to help you release limiting patterns, access inner awareness, and cultivate emotional, mental, and physical resilience.

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn to use your breath as a tool for self-regulation, healing, and transformation through instruction, demonstration, and a fully facilitated breath session.

You Will Learn to:

  • Widen your window of mental, emotional, and physical resilience
  • Expand your capacity to roll with life’s daily stressors and to meet rapid/radical life changes
  • Access intuition, inner awareness, and increase connection to inner self/truths
  • Transcend old emotional imprints and rediscover true joy and connection
  • Downshift from hyperarousal to feel centered, grounded, and empowered
  • Understand the nervous system and the neurology of breath to harmonize mind and body

Class Includes

  • Lecture on the three levels of breath: physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual
  • Physiology of the respiratory system and neuroscience of the breath
  • Demonstration, breath awareness exercises, and a fully facilitated 30–40 minute connected breath session accompanied by music
  • Debrief and feedback to support integration of the experience
