Reggae Night at West River Cafe featuring Joel Veena & Selector D

Veteran local reggae DJ Selector D welcomes Joel Veena and friends for an evening of electric slide guitar music, fusing reggae dubs with Joel’s original songs and classics. Joel’s music defies categorization as he presents Hindustani ragas in the same set as beat-driven lyrical tunes with live-looping. Known locally for his numerous musical projects and was recognized by the government of India in 2023 for his contribution to Indian music, Joel Veena’s music is fresh and emergent as the spring blossoms.
