Summer Fruit Tart Workshop

Summer brings delicious fruits at Scott Farm. This class will begin with making crust from scratch.  We will then wrap summer fruit into hand pies – delightful, portable treats! We will explore and play with different flavor profiles, including sweet and savory options, using fruits that are available on the Farm, such as plums, early season apples, peaches and berries.  Participants will take home their hand pies and extra dough.
