Here’s my Christmas Day menu. Early pickup will be available starting 11am.

KUNG PAO CHICKEN
DF, contains peanuts
Free-range chicken stir-fried in a slightly spicy-sweet-tangy chili bean sauce with plenty of garlic and ginger.
$28 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

MAPO TOFU
VEGAN
Organic tofu simmered in a bold and somewhat spicy chili bean sauce, punctuated by numbing Sichuan peppercorns for a stimulating eating experience.
$26 for 24oz container (2-3 servings)

SICHUAN RED BRAISED BEEF
GF, DF
Northeast-raised beef slow-cooked in broth, chili bean paste, tamari, ginger, and toasted sesame oil until tender and juicy, while the daikon and carrots absorb the savory broth, adding a subtle sweetness to the dish. The Sichuan peppercorns introduce a delightful tingling sensation that leaves a lingering warmth.

COCONUT BLACK RICE PUDDING

Black rice cooked in creamy coconut milk and warming spices.

1. Place your order at http://ledaskitchen.com by Tuesday at 7PM on weeks when I’m cooking.
2. Look for your confirmation email with the pickup address.
3. Collect your meals on Thursday between 4 PM to 7 PM or by special arrangement.
