KALA MASALA CHICKEN CURRY (GF/DF) $28 for 24oz (2-3 servings)
The chicken curry that fed countless Dosa Kitchen customers for a decade. Free-range chicken in a base of tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and a spice mix (kala masala) created for us in India. Medium-hot spice.
AUSTRIAN BEEF STEW WITH PAPRIKA AND CARAWAY (GF) $30 for 24oz (2-3 servings)
“The best beef stew I’ve had!” —Lou W. Northeast-raised beef slow cooked with sweet and hot paprika, caraway seeds, and dill. Mild.
Plus Kasha Varnishkes, Creamy Dairy-Free Tomato Beet Soup, Raw Cocoa Ladoos, Crunchy Seasonal Salad, Golden Coconut Rice, Indian Rice Pudding, and more.
Here’s how to order:
1. Place your order at http://ledaskitchen.com by Tuesday at 7PM on weeks when I’m cooking.
2. Look for your confirmation email with the pickup address.
3. Collect your meals on Thursday between 4 PM to 7 PM or by special arrangement.
