Have You Ever Loved a Doormat Personality?

Have you ever noticed when you behave like a doormat, you get treated like one, have you ever had a friend or a family member who acts like a doormat and it makes you livid because you can see the footsteps coming? Walking all over them?

I think I want to reinstate the council of Censors. What is the council of censors, you may well ask? The council on censors is, or was, and will be again, an independent body elected by the people to report back to the people on the laws being passed and entertained in the statehouse. The Council of Censors would alert, and if I can get it going again, will once again alert the people of legislation that trespasses on the Constitutions of the state and the US. Of course, the original Counsel of Censors was overtaken by some crooked method, and replaced with a governmental oversight committee, which is, to use a stale term, the fox guarding the hen house.   In the meantime, our Constitution has been so trespassed that the doormat it’s become has near worn through. We will not have a mat before our door at all very soon, if we do not find out exactly what government is and is not supposed to do according to the highest law in the land.

They have gotten away with treating us like doormats, and we have felt too busy, too insignificant, too oppositional, too scaredy cat, to stand up and use the authority we are born with in a constructive way.  Distrust of the government is the flip side of obedient ignorance to nonconstitutional directives.

The job of the Council of Censors, is to watch closely at every piece of legislation and report to the people. So let’s reinstate it. Let’s reinstate here and indeed anywhere and everywhere that America is.  We don’t need permission, we don’t need legislation, we don’t need a lot of money, we simply need to focus on the need to repair our governments’ service to us by honoring the Constitutional limitations their jobs come with.  By the way, when one acts like a doormat the trespassers stepping all over our rights are not happy with us for being such lilly livers, for being door mats. People, whether public servants or not, respect those who stand up for themselves, not those who do not. So, our job should we take it on, is to elect a Council of Censors who can alert us, and help us to hold the government to its constitutional duty.

America’s house is in such bad repair, it is close to being ready for deconstruction, however, we can reclaim and rebuild it better than before.  Without it we will be homeless, a slave of the elements of the technogrid, telling us what we can be, what we can do, what we can buy, where we can go or not go, what we must eat or not eat, what we must inject, what we must think and say.

The Council of Censors needs to be people who are very interested in the Constitution, and who live the passion of understanding the rights of the people, and envisioning how those rights serve a beautiful harmony with each other and Source.  These people we might call lawyers, a person who speaks the law, and not the attorney, the person who pledges an oath to the bar, intimate to the UK monarchy.   As the Great Awakening is rising throughout the world really, and in amongst our people, the authority granted to the people in the highest law of the land is a worthy tool to approach a broken house, and begin our repair.

We learn how to press our advantage of each of our specific rights and authority, in a lawful, undeniable and totally nonviolent but effective way.

What is one example of current nonconstitutional conditions, amongst many? I chose the following, the existence of liability shields. All and every liability shield for any and all manufacturers of anything, nuclear power, vaccines or mrna gene therapeutics, none of these can constitutionally be allowed. A liability shield, and any laws that have allowed it are null and void because they cross the constitution.  We all know, that just because someone is breaking the law doesn’t mean they will stop, they won’t stop until a stop is put to it.

Why are liability shields nonconstitutional, and therefore without merit and void? Because they deprive the people of due process. Due process is not only for defendants, it is for claimants equally so. If the people are denied the right to show harm in a court, or make a claim of harm, where they believe a harm has been occasioned upon them, due to a liability shield, within the Cares act for example, the due process right, which is a fundamental right, an inalienable right that no one can reduce to a privilege, a right that supersedes Government’s authority to alter, because it is recognized in our Land as a right that emanates from our Godhood, in other words each of us is a spark of God, a being of God, and as such our rights are endowed.

Now, Natural Law is quite simple, and quite easy to follow and understand, it’s basically the golden rule and the ten commandments, that appear in most religions in some form. Our government could and should be much simpler, the one and only reason it has become so complex is to hide its corruption.  It’s our right to make it simple again. The job of the people to know the constitution, and to know our rights, if you don’t know them, you don’t have them, and you are but a doormat for the troops of trespassers to step on your face.

Is the Constitution perfect? NO! But it is a living document and it is meant to allow for change, while at the same time placing our fundamental inalienable rights that come from God into perpetuity, and for which the sole purpose of Government is instituted, to uphold and protect our rights. “Do you understand?” The Judge may ask you, and you, respond, “yes your honor”, not realizing the question asked was a little more complex, the question was, Do you stand under me? Do you stand under? Are you, my doormat? The better way to respond to a judge who askes you if you stand under the charges, is “No, I do not understand them, before we go on, I need to make certain that you are abiding by your oath of office, to obey the Constitution?” Asking this question will place the Court into the proper jurisdiction, where the Constitution is recognized, that the jurisdiction is on the land, or in a title 3 common law court. If you don’t ‘opt in’ to the Constitution, the proceedings will take place in admiralty law, statutory law, where the law of the seas is practiced. Our constitution applies to the land, not to the sea.  And, incidentally, you and I are American citizens, not US citizens, we are flesh and blood people, different from the corporate fiction, the made up business they have created for you, depicted by your name in all caps. That is known as the strawman (yes, if I only had a brain, was an allegory, but the slippers were silver, not ruby), or the legal fiction.

Everywhere you see your all caps name, it is in fact a legal fictional entity that you have not been instructed on its function and purpose. Doing this, implementing a legal fiction in your name, without full knowledge and consent is in and of itself a fraud, since there was no meeting of minds, you did not agree to have a legal fiction and they did not ask you. So here is my ask, learn your rights, understand we are a republic, not a democracy, and find me if you like the plan to reinstitute the Council of Censors. All governmental power arises from the consent of the governed, consent, however, is a far cry from coercion.
