What are the best baby names for babies born to a homeless mother sleeping on the streets in the freezing cold in Vermont on Christmas?
According to WCAX https://www.wcax.com/2025/09/26/auditor-vermont-homeless-situation-worsening-despite-millions-invested/ Vermont taxpayers spent an average of $80 MILLION a year for the past TEN years, totalling $800 MILLION dollars, and there are still homeless people in VT.
(1) There are too many programs and agencies,
all of whom collect their share of those tax payer
dollars for their salaries and expenses;
and their solutions for the homeless clearly
are not always permanent.
(2) Non-profits spend some of the taxpayer funds they receive
co-mingled into their overall budgets for a better disguise,
to give candidates campaign donations,
so this is a self feeding system
keeping many incumbents in office.
Why don’t we just skip all the analysis
and programs and provide a down to earth solution?
(3) Winter is expected to come hard and fast this year.
The Vermont State Legislature is not in session until January,
and by then, people, including children and babies,
could freeze to death, or freeze being born dangling from
their umbilical cord with no surgeon to cut it with a knife.
(4) I hereby ask Governor Phil Scott to call an emergency session
of the Vermont state legislative body to prevent dead frozen bodies
in the streets in December on our Lord’s birthday.
Did you know that the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
gives political contributions to both the Democratic and Republican parties
through its Political Action Committee, known as RPAC?
Exactly how much of our crisis of homeless people lying in the streets
at night in Vermont is caused by property taxes raised,
thus causing a raise in rents,
because of political campaign donations to our LEGISLATORS
from the Real Estate Agents, who only profit
when houses are bought and sold?
(5) VERMONT UNRESTRICTED LAND FOR SALE, little or no zoning!

Now, let’s add that up. If the State of Vermont
makes an emergency purchase, that would be over 275 acres
at less than 1.6 million dollars,
a fraction of the average of 80 million a year
putting people through a housing crisis treadmill.
You can easily put 10 tiny homes on an acre, for 2,750 homes.
Then, buy steel barns, steel premanufactured buildings
to put tents and trailers in until tiny homes and tiny cabins can be built.
Remember, the Constitution of the State of Vermont
says prisoners shall work for the public in view of the public,
so you have plenty of available workers,
just get it done before temperatures drop below zero.
The wood for cabins can be found on the land
and prisoners can be trained to do logging and cabin construction,
and the training and oversight by logging and construction
professionals would be far more cost effective than spending
$800 MILLION more
for social worker projects that often have no permanent solutions.

There simply is no excuse for Vermont people,
including women and children and babies and senior citizens
and disabled people, to be sleeping outside on streets in the
freezing snow and below freezing cold before
Christmas, because the State Legislators are not in session.
Jesus was born in a manger, not out in the cold on a city street.
The manger didn’t have heat, I’m not asking for a miracle,
just plain common sense. Vermont is 70% forest, we have available
prison labor, and they can produce cabins. Common sense!
DO NO LESS THAN BUILD A MANGER FOR JESUS TO BE BORN AGAIN IN.
Full disclosure:
Governor Phil Scott, please hurry and use state emergency funds
to buy all of the large
unrestricted land available for homeless unsheltered VERMONTERS
because I had a few
email discussions with a fellow listed as a political
candidate in California where there are a million
Chinese descent people living, and I argued with
his ideas of putting a huge number of people on
small parcels of land, and I told him, oh,
that’s no way to treat the homeless people, just look for unrestricted
land like we have in Vermont, and I gave him a link.
Then I did a search of his email on the internet and he
is totally hooked into the Chinese culture.
I did a google translator.
Please hurry and buy the unrestricted land for Vermont homeless people
before one million Chinese show up. I deleted his last email to me.
