The Town of Brattleboro announces that a contractor working on behalf of the Town will begin paving operations within the Oak Grove Corridor on Monday, August 10, 2026. Work is expected to continue over the next several weeks as weather and construction conditions allow.
The project includes paving the following roadways:

(a) Speed Concerns along Guilford Street – Kim Effron
Tomorrow, April 12, beginning at 7:00 am, the Utilities Division will be working at the intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and Allen Street performing emergency repairs to a sewer line. Oak Grove Avenue will be closed at the intersection with Allen Street from 7:00 am through approximately 2:00 pm. Motorist should seek alternate routes.
