You’ve seen him filming around town – at Gallery Walk, Town meetings, graduations, Perseverance Park….As BCTV’s Production Manager NOLAN EDGAR multi-tasks between filming, editing, teaching, wrangling equipment, and helping local producers create unique shows that enrich our community and beyond. An officer and responder to the terrorist attacks in ’93 and 9/11, our Police Chief Norma Hardy leads with courage and compassion. She’s continuing the many community projects already in place here, and when off duty, she takes time to write poetry.
