Hello again, here are some more federal marijuana laws, and this is a biggie: did you know that if U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions gets too excited down there in Washington, D.C. that he could send federal agents to Vermont to arrest people under federal law for selling bongs and roach clips?

Now we will read more federal marijuana laws, and this time we will continue where we left off in Title 21 United States Code.
PART 3 FEDERAL MARIJUANA LAWS: In part 3 we look at some of Title 21, and then take another break, because reading marijuana laws is really boring; or too shocking and upsetting to read the draconian prison terms. No wonder the U.S. Congress got away with making so many laws, they just figure the public goes to sleep trying to read them.
Today we start off with Title 18 Criminal laws: explosives & marijuana; prisons & marijuana; and then Title 19 international treaties & marijuana. Please keep in mind that changing state marijuana laws does NOT change federal laws which are spelled three different ways in the federal laws: marijuana, marihuana and cannabis.

The Windham Regional Woodlands Association (WRWA) is currently seeking scholarship applications from Windham County high school seniors or college students interested in forestry or an allied field (e.g., wildlife management). WRWA will award one $3,000 scholarship for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters ($1,500 per semester) to a Windham County resident attending or about to enroll in a two- or four-year college program in Forest Management or a related major. The deadline for applications is May 15, 2017.
