6:45-7:30 Organizational Meeting
• Elect Chair, Vice-Chair, and Clerk
• Review Bylaws. Vote on proposed amendments as necessary. Proposed amendments need to be submitted to staff by the Thursday before the meeting.
• Overview of Open Meeting Law
• Planning Commission Meeting Decorum – Discussion of rules to maintain order and ensure that proceedings remain efficient and productive.
6:30 – 7:55 Planning Commission Workplan
Identify Planning Commission projects & meeting topics to work on in the coming year.
