It has washer/dryer, fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The rent is $2350/month and includes snow removal, yard maintenance, internet, phone, and garbage. Renters pay propane/electricity depending on usage. The house has a forced-air furnace and also 2 heat pumps (one upstairs and one downstairs). Tenants also have access to a pretty amazing bookstore 🙂 No pets or indoor smoking, please.
A walk down the street brings you to the village center with a general store, two restaurants, two inns, antique shop, yoga studio, and the Windham County Historical Museum (housed in the old jail!).
