All of the People in the administration and officials involved in moving this water treatment project have denied allocating funding for lab certified water testing schedules recommended by the state health department, for low income residents. This is not a new issue, this water insecurity complaint has been presented consistently for at least the last 3 years.

Spending on filtering water at a plant, which travels through miles of over hundred year old pipes, while not investing to verify the quality at the taps of people who can not afford the testing, is insanely unreasonable, inexcusable, and unforgiveable neglect of public health safety.

There is no democratic fairness or transparency for any article, especially expensive agendas, to be kept secret.

No one has seconded a motion for a $600,000 reserved for managing low income residents applying for lab certified water testing and filtration as needed.

Nor to have all representative votes become publicly visible records for constituents to access and hold electors accountable with.
