Gypsies’ Treatment of Horse Leads To Complaint

A party of gypsies were beating a poor horse yesterday on the Putney road, when F.F. Crosby ordered them to desist and to get out. They obeyed promptly. A complaint was made to the Brattleboro long-named society and the case is now being investigated.
