Brown Bag Series: Local Government & the Energy Conservation Revolution with Gaia Raimondo

This will be a presentation on the process of working within the democratic government of Brattleboro as a grassroots organization trying to enact change. This presentation is intended to clarify specifics of the energy conservation advisory that will be presented in the March Representative Town Meeting, and to describe the steps required to bring such a resolution to the RTM.
