Join the “Queen of Tarts”, Pastry Chef Laurel Roberts Johnson, in the Apple Barn equipped with a commercial kitchen, to see how to prepare and roll out dough for delicious peach and berry galettes. Take home your tart, extra dough, and a tote of fresh peaches. The recipe is easily adapted to a variety of seasonal fruits and is a perfect finish to a summer meal. $50 per person, reservations required.
