Sound is a powerful medium. One that can root you quickly into the here and now. One that alter consciousness. It can elicit relaxation, draw you towards the possibility of meditation or help you release tension. It touches our nervous system and subtle body energetics. In this journey, we will dive into a themed journey through the use of gongs, singing bowls, stringed instruments and other unique sounds to shift your relationship with your perception of sound. This is a sit down or lay out event, so bring your yoga mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows and whatever else may help you relax into the experience.
