Burden of Proof – A Preponderance of Evidence

What follows is a tiny but representative section from my website. All the statements here are either self evident and well established facts or they are borne from several thousand source articles or videos which have often been produced by mainstream media or other news outlets.

Do I draw conclusions from all these references? Do I feel that these references provide overwhelming evidence of a pattern? Do I feel these articles support the positions I and millions like me take? Absolutely.

Read, think and decide for yourself. Click on a random link, It takes but a second (left arrow to return). If I am right you are but a bug to be sickened for profit by an interlinked group of wealthy psychopaths. If I am wrong you have wasted only a few moments.

More whistleblowers now prosecuted than ever.

Obama quote, “I’m really good at killing people” in reference to drone attacks.

They all tout openness in public but practice secrecy in private.

The Patriot Act, the most draconian law ever written, was introduced by Republicans and approved by Democrats and extended and approved again unmodified, by a Democratic administration.

The Obama administration has overseen the largest buildup of security industry and the militarization of the police in history.

Obama signed the Monsanto Protection Act.

Obama signed The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with indefinite detention included.

Obama OK’s oil drilling in Arctic Ocean.

Obama promotes nuclear development as an answer to climate change.

The Constitution has been gutted and severely compromised.

The Military Industrial Complex has replaced the Cold War with  The War On Terror.

The Obama administration has  spent trillions to bail out banks in spite of their obvious criminal activity.

Banks have paid Congress to write laws that protect them from prosecution, like Too Big To Fail and bank bail-ins

Obama has gone from publicly-financed universal health care to privatized health insurance.

The Obama administration chose not to prosecute white collar criminals for violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act and the RICO Racketeering Law while aggressively prosecuting whistleblowers with antiquated World War I laws.

100 years ago the Model T Ford got 25 MPG. In 2012, the average fuel economy for all vehicles sold was 23.8 MPG.

Obama fast tracks Trans Pacific Partnership, TPP.

Guess what country voted against a UN resolution to combat the glorification of Nazism and other practices that contribute to fueling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance?

Guess what country has been implicated in the use of Sarin gas in Syria?

Opium production was near zero percent under Taliban rule while under US control, production has increased by 50% since 2012.

The real reasons for economic sanctions in Iran? Full spectrum military dominance by the USA.

Obama decides “death by drones”, with complete impunity.

The projects we know about, like Operation Paperclip and MK Ultra, are scary enough. What about all the ones that we don’t know about?

Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld found guilty of war crimes.

Killing people is big business.  It puts people to work, providing 3.2 milion Dept of Defense jobs  and 388,000 jobs at Homeland Security. It is the mainstay of the American economy.

And now, we are  weaponizing  space.

  • “...an honest bark at the truth.”

Preponderance of evidence is “based on the more convincing evidence and its probable truth or accuracy, and not on the amount of evidence.”

In a broader sense these dotted items as enumerated here are like brush strokes. They paint a picture. When you stand back to look at the painting you may not see the individual evidentiary strokes. What you can see is a very troubling theme with a potentiality that isn’t necessarily measured in facts or truth, so much as it evokes incrimination that suggests the possibility of being guilty.

While only Gandhi’s lifestyle in modern times can be, somewhat, compared to Diogenes, ChrisPratt, like the Diogenes dog, gives “an honest bark at the truth.”

And, when a good dog barks a warning, it is for the humans to look in the direction to see what the dog is barking about. Sometimes we dismiss the warning, other times we scratch behind his ears in appreciation of the warning.

  • All Naysayers Welcomed

Come on all you naysayers — tear me apart. Deny the evidentiary basis of thousands of these news reports and videos.

Show the world what you really know.

    • Faceless Cowards

You see, people? The fear mongers are really faceless cowards. They need to be outed for who they are and what it is they are trying to do … which is to prevent you from questioning what is really going on. When they are up against thousands of news articles (even a few mainstreamers), they crawl back under their rocks. It is up to humanity to keep shining the light.

Be brave, reclaim control of your perceptions, reason, logic and purpose. Challenge everything and let the facts and the evidence shape your opinions not soundbites from a media that is owned and controlled by the very forces that should be investigated and charged with fraud.

Don’t you see? They are the ones playing the music while you are being led into the “showers”. Chemtrails, global warming, fracking, GMO’s, nuclear power, Homeland Security, forced vaccinations, too big to fail, depleted uranium, weapon sales, militarized police, constant war and surveillance, these are not aberrations they are engineered and orchestrated assaults on your freedoms, truth and dignity. We are all culpable in the wrongful death of millions — Iraq anyone? This is last call America – time to be a man, a woman, a person with character.

      • Nope.So theres at least two

        Nope.

So theres at least two possibilities:

        1. I was only contracted for a finite period of time to mock you, and that period of time has expired.

        2. I had my fun and have a long list of far better things to do than continue to mock crackpots on an obscure internet forum and have thus moved on to other things.

Besides, the takedowns I’ve already issued still apply to the pile of garbage you just posted. To repeat them would be redundant. It does not matter how many hundreds of unsupported assertions, anecdotes or misinterpreted/out of context “facts” you leave in a giant pile, the narrative you are attempting to draw is still utter conspiracy thoerist nonsense and have no basis in reality nor does it have any rational or reasonable arguments or evidence in support of it.

I am still sorry you are wasting so much time and energy and are still victim to such fundamentally broken thinking and understanding instead of contributing something productive to society. You should put some effort into reconnecting with reality instead of simply providing a greater volume of examples of broken thinking.

Here, this is a parody of you:

        • Extend your contract some more

Glad to see you are still out there Mr – Miss – or is it Mrs eschmitt? Care to share your real identity with the readers?

I have provided readers with direct examples from my website so they could determine what to believe for themselves. I have even enclosed controversial conspiracy statements and links like : “Obama signed Monsanto Protection Act”

It is so obvious. If one but reads, the eschmitt will be easy to see or to avoid ~ depending on your perspective.

The world has begun to wake up to rampant, systemic and pervasive corruption. It is now being openly talked about by presidential candidates and on 60 Minutes.

B-T-W Thanks for the John Oliver video. Now tell me once again. Who does he works for, how much does he get paid and how many staff writers does he have?

        • Study History

Anybody who refuses to believe there are conspiracies is a fool.

If you study history and eliminate the natural disasters, almost everything left is some sort of conspiracy.

World War III has started already; it just hasn’t reached the “hot” stage yet.
          The conspirators are called “Neocons”.

        • Have you seen this quote?

from Upton Sinclair: “It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”?

I think it says a lot about you. And since you didn’t give not one nod to the myriad of subjects or links provided, it proves you have been suckered absolutely.

Your salary may not depend on it now, but you must still be invested in believing you were not being used as a tool for a mere mercenary motivation. That must be hard to admit to oneself, but at least we can see where you’re coming from.

That’s another thing we don’t hear about, the virulent ramifications that money has on the mind. Nobody seems to have studied that. I wonder why…

          • Its pretty wild that you

Its pretty wild that you lunatics actually think I’m getting paid by some agency or organization to argue with you. I mean, thats a particularly special kind of batshit crazy, but I suppose with this bunch I shouldn’t be surprised since ya’ll are legit arguing that the sandy hook massacre didn’t happen…

Nontheless, I’ll spend a few moments attempting to explain reality to you again:

“The Patriot Act, the most draconian law ever written, was introduced by Republicans and approved by Democrats and extended and approved again unmodified, by a Democratic administration. ”

The most draconian law ever written?

            Wow… Really?

Compared to every law ever written at any time by any government in any place? Thats rather doubtful. (I.E. flat wrong)

So lets pretend you actually meant in the United States, at the federal level. In which case the Alien and Sedition Acts, Japanese Internment camps, Jim Crow laws…. Need I go on?

“The Constitution has been gutted and severely compromised.”

            Unsupported assertion

“• Obama decides “death by drones”, with complete impunity.”

Factually wrong on the “complete impunity” part.

            • “The projects we know about, like Operation Paperclip and MK Ultra, are scary enough. What about all the ones that we don’t know about?”

Just like all those diseases you don’t have…

So like I said, easy to poke holes in this nonsense, even when it comes to just making these simple statements. The even bigger problem that none of you conspiracy theorist loons appear capable of understanding is that the narrative that is assigned to all this is one giant unsupported assertion.

  • The facts are known, the logic is simple

History is rife with conspiracies. In fact, as tomaidh correctly points out, other than natural disasters, all of history has been propelled by conspiracies.

Therefore every conspiracy theory is irrefutable, and those who do not understand that either have an economic interest in conspiracy denial, or are ignorant dupes.

Why does eschmitt not get it?

    • Circumspect about tossing around the word facts

It is not factual to say “all of history has been propelled by conspiracies.”

Neither can it be that “Therefore every conspiracy theory is irrefutable.”

Human nature dictates that conspiracies are part of human sociopolitical endeavors, but to think they exist to the extent being described here by some folks suggest you need a better understanding of history.

As for the question, “Why does eschmitt not get it?” … I’m sorry, but some of you folks don’t get Eschmitt. Perhaps, some of us should be a bit circumspect about tossing around the word facts.

    • I like this person.

I like this person (Mark Twain).

Its really funny and sad at the same time to see the sarcasm go to such an extreme, and so many here still not get that its sarcasm.
