Creamy Mushroom and Chickpea Curry: Roasted mushrooms and chickpeas in a creamy cashew and tomato based curry.

Carne Adovada (New Mexico-Style Pork with Red Chilis): Free-range pork shoulder slowly simmered in a vibrant, deeply savory, slightly spicy sauce made from ancho, pasilla, and chipotle chilis with hints of raisin and orange.

Hot or Cold Creamy Beet and Tomato Soup: Robust chicken broth base with beets, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Customer Donna M. calls it “pure culinary harmony.”

Brownie Bite Ladoos: Made with almonds, dates, coconut, and crunchy cacao nibs. A new addition to the ladoo lineup.
