Bagara Baingan, Madras Chicken Curry, Mexican Pork & Green Salsa Stew at Leda’s Kitchen This Week

This week at Leda’s Kitchen:

BAGARA BAINGAN (EGGPLANT IN TANGY PEANUT COCONUT SAUCE): Hyderabadi-style roasted eggplant cooked in a rich and tangy gravy made from peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut. A festive dish.

MADRAS CHICKEN CURRY: Free-range chicken in a slightly spicy, slightly sweet and tangy curry base of blended onions, tomatoes, carrots, and bell pepper.

MEXICAN PORK AND GREEN SALSA STEW: Pork and hominy long-cooked in chicken stock with a tomatillo green sauce.

COLD OR HOT CREAMY DAIRY-FREE TOMATO AND BEET SOUP: Robust chicken broth base with beets, tomatoes, coconut milk, orange, and caraway.

ALMOND BROWNIE BITE LADOOS: Made with almonds, cocoa powder, dates, and maple syrup. AND MORE!
