Vermont Public Again Warps Outcome of the Election By Only Allowing 3 Candidates To Debate

Vermont Public has provided proof that they do not believe in free and fair elections because today they only invited 3 out of 6 candidates who are on the official election ballot for Representative to Congress to debate.  Look at your election ballot and see the evidence.

LOOK AT YOUR PAY CHECK!  FEDERAL TAXES ARE TAKEN OUT OF IT!
Your hard earned money goes to the I.R.S. and then the U.S. Congress VOTES to give your money to the Pentagon and the National Institute of Health and also to Corporations as SUBSIDIES, corporate welfare, while you are hoping to just barely survive the coming freezing cold winter in Vermont.  Becca Balint voted this year to give billions of dollars to NASA knowing full well that they would give some of their billions of dollars to SpaceX, making Elon Musk the richest man in the world this year.  On Vermont Public TV today she said she brought a few million dollars back to the State of Vermont.  Big whoop-dee-do.  We need Billions.  How can her math be so bad that she thinks millions will be enough?
We deserve a share of profits pharmaceutical corporations make because we pay for all the research for new prescription drugs they sell worldwide.
We deserve a share of profits defense contractors make selling weapons worldwide to our allies because we paid for the research for the new weapons.
We deserve a share of profits corporations  make with our hard earned tax dollars they received as subsidies (corporate welfare).
Let’s think this out together!  Let’s make a plan!

Congress votes to give our hard earned tax dollars to their choice of big corporations as SUBSIDIES, also known as corporate welfare.

Federal corporate welfare is estimated to be $181 BILLION anually.

Subsidies disrupt free-markets by propping up failing companies or boosting Fortune 500 firms.

Corporate welfare encourages companies to invest time and capital into political influence, lobbying, and campaign contributions rather than improving products or lowering consumer costs.

Under current U.S. Constitutional court rulings, using general tax revenue to fund corporate welfare subsidies is not recognized as a “taking” of private property under the Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause.

The U.S. Constitution states that private property shall not “be taken for public use, without just compensation”.

This clause traditionally applies to the government’s power of Eminent Domain—the direct physical seizure or formal condemnation of real or personal property.

Taxing and Spending Power: Under Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, Congress holds broad authority to lay and collect taxes and to spend for the “general welfare”.

Courts have viewed taxation as an exercise of legislative power rather than a confiscation of property under the Takings Clause, even when taxpayers disagree with how the government allocates those funds.

Taxing citizens to give corporations subsidies violates the spirit of the Takings Clause by forcing individuals to support corporate welfare without a valid “public use”.  There is no valid “public use” in making the rich even richer while the rest of us are struggling because the rich got richer taking our hard earned tax dollars as subsidies voted to be given to them by the U.S. Congress.

A wrongful taking without compensation violates the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution under its Takings Clause, which states that private property shall not be “taken for public use, without just compensation”.

Just Compensation: When a taking occurs, the government is constitutionally required to pay the owner fair market value for the property taken.

The property owner can file an inverse condemnation lawsuit against the government to force payment. IS YOUR PAYCHECK YOUR PROPERTY?

Taxpayers are owners of their paychecks so they can
challenge federal taxes in court by arguing that the taxes deducted are not used for
a valid public use, or that the offered compensation is inadequate BECAUSE THERE
IS NO COMPENSATION, WE DON’T GET A SHARE OF PROFITS CORPORATIONS
MAKE USING OUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS.
MAKING WEALTHY CORPORATIONS RICHER WITH SUBSIDIES
TAKEN FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE, WHO THEN
STRUGGLE MORE,  IS NOT A VALID USE OF TAX DOLLARS.

My name is Cris Ericson and I am asking you to please give me a write-in vote for Representative to Congress.   http://crisericson.com  I promise you that if I am elected I will propose Bills in the U.S. Congress to demand a return on investment of our tax dollars.  I will start the Tax Revolution!  We deserve a share of profits corporations make using our money, and we must stand up and DEMAND it!  Please join my Tax Revolt!
