I. Convened at 4:35.
II. Approval of July 7 2020 minutes- approved.
III. Policy Review-
• Title IX Policy (Sexual Assault)- proposed policy addresses definition of sexual assault and supportive measures, which were previous concerns of the board leading to an effort to develop a policy. Moved to send to board for approval- approved.
• Electronic Communication Between Employees and Students- Timely. Moved to send to the board for approval- approved.
• Equity- Moved to send to board for approval with recommendation for quarterly reports- approved.
• Climate Crisis Task Force recommendations- tabled to next meeting.
