At BAPC, we’re often asked by parents, caregivers and educators, in our community, to share tips and strateges for preventing youth from experimenting with drugs, alcohol and other substances. Many parents are aware that teens often have a prevelant misconception about the safety of experimenting with substances including marijuana and prescription drugs.
Southern Vermont Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine will
present a free talk about shoulder injuries by Dr. William Vranos on Thursday,
February 28 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in Brattleboro Memorial Hospital’s Brew Barry

If you look in the right sidebar in the Pets section, you’ll see that we’re now featuring pets available for adoption from the Windham County Humane Society.
It used to be that we could only show pets from all of Vermont. It’s great to now be able to feature local pets that need homes.
The box will load a pair of random pets from the available pet list maintained by WCHS.
