Friendly’s Building Status?

I noticed the real estate sign has been covered with a building permit sign. Does anyone know who bought it or what’s going to be done there?

    Maybe all the trucks that park there pooled their resources and bought it?

      Truck Stop

      Haha I actually thought about that…wouldn’t it be ironic to have that be a truck stop after all the previous protests against multiple proposed truck stops across the street?

    Un-permitted?

    Is the permit sign still there? I didn’t see it on the building.
