Early & Absentee Voting Started in Vermont!

Early and Absentee Voting Started Today in Vermont! Please vote your conscience!

I’m voting for myself, Cris Ericson for U.S. Senator; and I will also vote for Randy A. Gray for State Senator in Windsor 3-1, Dan Feliciano for Auditor of Accounts, and Rosemarie Jackowski for Attorney General.

I can honestly say I have met Rosemarie, Randy and Dan in person and have spoken with them, and trust them to be very good people. I am also facebook friends with Galen P. Dively III of St. Johnsbury, Vermont area, and he is on the ballot up there for State Senator. I would vote for him if I lived up in the North East Kingdom.

Galen P. Dively III is an interesting character. His website is http://burntimpressions.com and his business is called the Vermont Novelty Toaster Corporation.

At some point awhile back, I asked him what he’s going to do towards promoting his campaign, and he replied that he had friends all across the U.S.A.

Guess what I found in the newspaper this week? The New York Times, Sunday, September 18, 2016 Page 12 AR and you see a large colored photograph of David Letterman with a pretty actress displaying the product which Galen P. Dively III of Vermont created, toast with burnt impressions, a way to make a picture of a person or object on toast! The article goes on and on,… “Seized by an uncharacteristic decisiveness, I committed to move forward with the toaster. Ellyn from Burnt Impressions had toaster elements created with Paul Shaffer’s face on one side, Dave’s on the other, in 48 hours. …” “After a few minutes of my famous B-plus banter with Dave, he said he understood that I had brought a gift. He plopped the toaster on his desk, and I inserted two slices of potato bread. As Paul played some light piano accompaniment, Dave and I watched the toaster for a good two and a half minutes. That was precisely the idea: to waste several minutes of nationalo airtime watching bread toast.”… …”Miraculously, when the toast popped out, you could make out Dave’s and Paul’s faces. Dave offered some jam and butter, and the three of us ate the most delicious meal of my life”…

What is interesting about this free publicity for Burnt Impressions, on Sept. 18, 2016, is that the Author of the story, Ellie Kemper, was writing about an experience on “Late Night TV” with David Letterman which occurred in 2009!

By the way, Galen P. Dively III is the Marijuana Party candidate for State Senator for the North East Kingdom.
