1. Amend to no more than 3 successive terms
2. Need to figure out how to reassign terms or create a system that is staggered so that 4 members will not be leaving/entering at the same time

4. Meeting organization: specifically 1/4ly facilitation & notetaking
5. Codifying training expectations
6. Attendance & reappointment policy
