The Brattleboro Department of Public Works has now re-opened the Elm Street Bridge to regular traffic effective immediately. Motorists may now use this street without restrictions.

heck, i would be outright
heck, i would be outright shocked if anyone could actually get up to 90 MPH on that little bitty street, even going downhill… i bet they could MAYBE get up to 60 before the stop sign…
