Selectboard, Town staff, BCTV, and friends of James Banslaben:
A community open house to celebrate the life of James Banslaben has been organized by his “Brattleboro family.” The celebration is scheduled on Sunday, November 20, from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the event space named (and located at) 118 Elliot Street, in Brattleboro. Attached is a copy of the invitation – please pass it onto all staff and other friends of James.
The gathering will be casual and guests are asked to bring a finger dessert to share (one that doesn’t require plates or silverware). In the alternative, Kate O’Connor (from the Chamber of Commerce – 254-4565) is accepting donations. Coffee will be available. Please also bring your “James stories” to share. BCTV will display pictures of James and show videos of him on the monitor at the location. If you have something to share, please bring it with you.
