    I’ve noticed that some BTOs (Brattleboro Town Officials) and SBMs (Selectboard members) have had SDOD (some degree of difficulty) in the LYOS (last year or so) in saying or spelling out RTM for the P (public).

    This happens a fair amount at SBMs (Selectboard meetings). The C of the SB, for example, will often say something will happen at RTM, and if you haven’t LHAW then IMBH to completely UWIBS. Now it is also DIMW!

    For those new in town, RTM stands for, of course, Regular Town Meeting.

    Just kidding.

    RTM generally stands for Representative Town Meeting in Brattleboro, and the people who are elected to attend are Brattleboro Representative Town Meeting Representatives. But no one calls them BRTMR.
