1. Call meeting to order
2. Discuss Agenda and Committee plans
3. Invite public to comment about the goals and objectives to get down to the $350,000
allocated by OTM. This will end after 30 minutes.
4. The Committee will go into deliberative session. The public will be asked to leave the
meeting room. The zoom will be shut off.
5. The Committee will make the necessary adjustments to the allocations decided on
previously. The original Committee allocation spreadsheet was included in the Town
Report and is posted on the Committee’s web page on the Town website.
6. The revised report will be posted on the Committee’s web page and reported to the
Selectboard in June.
